The lozenges are so clean and taste great. Trying to give up smoking and I hadn’t had a ciggy since. The lemon is very tasty!
I have been taking half a lozenge every day and within a couple of weeks of starting became aware that my sleep had improved. In fact I am continuing to sleep better than I have in many years and it has to be the Nic Nac's as it's the only change I have made.

The blood orange have a nice flavour, not too strong or too sweet. Surprisingly nice, as I've only had the mint ones so far.

I've tried most of the flavours and love all of them. Very subtle taste and amazing ingredients. I've never smoked so the nicotine sensation takes some getting used to. 3mg is ideal to start out with. I'm still taking only 3 but its been helping my immune system quite impressively. Great product for nicotine. I can easily forget to take them so I'm not sold on the addictive claims. My system feels stronger tbh.
